1. It is a condition of membership of Share-Traffic that these terms and conditions are read and AGREED upon prior to signing up and that, once a member has signed up, they will be bound by such terms and conditions.

1a. Members are allowed one account and all registrations will be monitored closely to ensure that this requirement is met.

1b. Members found to be flagrantly ignoring this rule (by, for instance, signing up again under themselves) will be considered as cheating the system and will have their accounts immediately cancelled and all credits will be forfeit.

1c. IN ADDITION, Share-Traffic regards the falsifying of referrals (in order to gain credits) to be THEFT and will take appropriate action to deal with offenders by law.

1d. In the event that members have more than one URL that they wish to promote we would recommend upgrading to a Pro or Gold Account or by using a rotator service.

2. Share-Traffic may, from time to time, modify these terms and conditions and any member who, subsequently, becomes dissatisfied as a result of any modification may discontinue using the service and terminate their membership forfeiting any credits and referrals accrued.

2a. Limited Warranty; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification

2b. Limited Warranty. You acknowledge that the Services are provided "as is." Neither Share-Traffic, nor any of its employees or agents, warrants that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Share-Traffic is not responsible for and hereby disclaims any warranties, either expressed or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or validity of the data and/or completeness, noninfringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of information delivered by it's service. Use of information obtained from or through the Services is at your risk. Under no circumstances will Share-Traffic be liable to you or any other person for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Services.

3. No guarantees expressed or otherwise can be given by Share-Traffic for any breakdown or non function of any part of its services which are not under the direct control of Share-Traffic.

4. Share-Traffic will terminate any member's account if there has been a period of six consecutive months with no activity. All credits and referrals outstanding will become forfeit.

5. Members may cancel their membership at any time by click the apporpreate link in the members sections.

6. Members who are found to be cheating the system by using any means such as programs or robotic methods will have their accounts terminated immediately and all credits and referrals forfeited.

7. Members who try to promote any sites of an adult (sex), warez, hatred or racial nature, or any other undesireable content, through Share-Traffic.com (either as their main website or via webpage links), will have their accounts terminated immediately with the subsequent loss of any accrued credits or referrals.

7. Members may not promote their surf pages of Share-Traffic or any other hit exchange. Violation will result in termination of account and all credits and referrals forfeited.

8. Share-Traffic makes no claims or guarantees with regard to the quality or quantity of results obtained as a result of page views as this is entirely dependant upon the quality of copywriting of individual web pages. As a result Share-Traffic operates a strict NO REFUND policy with regards to all purchases of credits or banner impressions. Members will be deemed to be fully aware of this and no correspondence can be entered into on this matter.

9. *Sites may not use code which force themselves to open in the full window and cause Share-Traffic.com top frame to be removed.

10. Sites are limited to no more than one pop-up window.

11. Share-Traffic strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited emails of any kind (spam) and operates a non-tolerance policy. The sending of unsolicited mass emails of any kind which include the website URL of Share-Traffic.com is EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN. Members violating such policy will have their accounts terminated immediately, all credits and referrals confiscated, and Share-Traffic.com will prosecute to the full extent of the law.

12. Share-Traffic reserves the right to monitor its systems electronically and to access and disclose any information as permitted or required by any law, regulation or other governmental request to operate its systems properly, to protect itself or its accountholders or for any other reason it in good faith deems necessary. Share-Traffic will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers and reserves the right to report to law enforcement any suspected illegal activity it becomes aware of.

13. None of the websites served by Share-Traffic, nor the links to other websites are screened, approved, reviewed or endorsed by Share-Traffic. Share-Traffic is not a publisher of any of the content of websites, or of any content that may be available through the links to and from them, and is acting solely as an Internet Service. The text and other material on such websites are the opinion of the specific author and are totally disassociated from Share-Traffic. 14. A Member's email address is never passed to any other party except for their immediate upline sponsor and is for the sole use of ShareTraffic.com.

15. Members agree to receive emails from ShareTraffic, from time to time, with offers from merchants and associates that ShareTraffic feel may be of benefit to our members and from Pro Members for the purpose of promoting Share-Traffic. Members are advised NOT TO JOIN if they are not prepared to receive such emails.
